Support

The Quiet Things deals with a lot of sensitive topics around childhood abuse, trauma, self harm, depression, suicide and sexual abuse. If you've been affected by any of the topics in the game, or are struggling personally, first off, you are not alone. We're making this game because so many people don't talk about these things, and we want to see a more open and supportive society.

If you are currently in crisis, and are feeling unsafe please don't hesitate to call 999 or call the urgent mental health helpline.

If you need to talk, any time of day or night call 116 123 to talk to Samaritans or 0800 1111 to talk to Childline (under 19s).
